Our customer service team works to bring answers that are helpful, friendly, and fast.  We are an independent agency.   This means we work with several companies, have many insurance options, and can easily find the right policy for you.

Step 1 -  Discover:  we ask about you.  We find out who you are, review your current policies, and get information on what you need protected.

Step 2 – Search:  we take your information and run quotes from all our carriers for the coverage you need.  We find a good fit and offer you the quote with the best overall features.

Step 3 – Act:  when you are ready we start new policies with the carrier of your choice.   We will help walk you through getting your old policies cancelled and coordinate getting your new policies started.

Step 4 – Serve:  this is ongoing … when you need help or advice we will be ready to help.    We are ready to make servicing your policy and getting advice easy.

Step 5 – Review:  as your needs change we will too.  You’ll be invited to review your policy with us each year.  We will work together to make changes to your account and if a better value exists we change carriers for you.  This way you get a consistently good value for years to come.
